To enhance the telecommunications user experience, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has introduced the Complaint Management System (CMS) Mobile App. This mobile application offers a range of features aimed at addressing user concerns and improving service quality:

- Complaint registration for various telecom services provided by service providers, such as mobile registration/Digital IMEI Reporting and Blocking System (DIRBS), stolen mobile handset/IMEI related complaints, and internet content related complaints.
- Track the progress of registered complaints and view their current status.
- Provide feedback on the complaint resolution process to ensure effective communication between users and service providers.
- Maintain a comprehensive history of all complaints filed by individual users for reference purposes.
- Increase consumer awareness on various telecommunications issues through informative resources included within the app.
